I tried the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor. It was very good. The ingredients are good. The protein content is good. A very good protein supplement.

Awesome. I'll definitely get some Muscle Milk light then. I like to eat it cold with Weetabix - sounds weird, but it tastes great, and I get a good dose of fiber.

My mom eats a daily Weetabix with a chocolate Slim Fast - that's how I found you, while looking up the nutritional benefits of slim fast. I'm glad I have a great substitute to recommend my mom, too. Thank you!!

Matching each for protein content, MM Light is still a little better on the vite/mineral side. I also like the EvoPro protein blend more...casein(s) take longer to digest than whey-based blends - this is important if you're on a cutting diet and are looking at a shake like this as a true meal replacement.

I liked the taste/texture of EatSmart a bit better, though; as well as the fact the fiber content is somewhat higher. The prebiotic/probiotic addition is a nice touch (even if it probably can't replace a supp...but every little bit helps).

But - when all is said and done, I think it would be tough to go wrong with either one.

Thank you so much for the review! How do you think it compares with iSatori, your other meal replacement favorite?
